Setup my @biggreenegg for 2-zone grilling using the EGGspander base and a halfmoon ceramic insert. Preheated the grill to 500ยฐF and seasoned my steak with @jacobsensaltco Garlic and Black Pepper infused Salt. When ready, I place the seasoned beef on the direct side of the grill directly over the open flames. I cooked the steak this way for 2 minutes per side until I got a great crust. After that, I moved the steak to the indirect side, closed the vents on my Big Green Egg, and let it roast another 5 minutes until it was a perfect medium rare. Rested for 10 minutes, then sliced and got my #buddhabite for the win!
