- 1 pound 16/20 Black Tiger Shrimp
- Dizzy Pig Dizzy Dust to taste
- 19 oz bottle of PS Seasonings Cherry Bomb BBQ Sauce
- 1 Tbsp chives shopped
Thaw the shrimp, pat dry, and place in a bowl.
Cover with the Dizzy Dust BBQ seasoning then pour in half the bottle of Cherry Bomb BBQ Sauce.
Let that sit for 30 minutes while you preheat your Big Green Egg to 350° setup for direct grilling.
Make sure to oil your grilling grate so the shrimp do not stick.
Place the shrimp on the grill and cook 3-4 minutes brushing with the reserved BBQ sauce.
Flip the shrimp and repeat glazing for another 3-4 minutes.
When the shrimp have a nice char and that bright pink color it is time to pull off your Big Green Egg.
Garnish with chopped chives and enjoy!
