Roasted Cauliflower

- 1 head cauliflower chopped
- 1 small onion sliced
- 4 garlic cloves peeled and left whole
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Toss the cauliflower, onion and garlic with olive oil.
Spread evenly in a baking pan.
Bake at 400 for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in parmesan cheese and bake another 10 minutes. Serve!
