Ingredients

  • 1.5 Lbs Pork Tenderloin
  • BBQ Rub

Instructions

  • Take your Pork Tenderloin out of the packaging and wipe it dry with paper towels.
  • Let the tenderloin come up to room temperature as you preheat your BGE to 400° measured at the dome.
  • Rub your tenderloin with your favorite BBQ seasoning (in this post I am using Deez Nuts by Meat Church).
  • Place the tenderloin on the raised cooking grid and let cook 10 - 15 minutes the turn and cook for another 10 - 15 minutes.
  • Once your tenderloin measures 135° using an instant read meat thermometer pull it off and let it rest for 5 - 10 minutes.
