- 1.5 Lbs Pork Tenderloin

Take your Pork Tenderloin out of the packaging and wipe it dry with paper towels.
Let the tenderloin come up to room temperature as you preheat your BGE to 400° measured at the dome.
Rub your tenderloin with your favorite BBQ seasoning (in this post I am using Deez Nuts by Meat Church).
Place the tenderloin on the raised cooking grid and let cook 10 - 15 minutes the turn and cook for another 10 - 15 minutes.
Once your tenderloin measures 135° using an instant read meat thermometer pull it off and let it rest for 5 - 10 minutes.
