Set the Big Green Egg up for indirect cooking at 300°
Use your favorite wood chunks for smoking (I used hickory)
Rub the wings with an all purpose BBQ rub
Place the wings in the BGE and cook for 45 minutes (turning once) or until they measure 165°
Pull the wings and let rest while you set the BGE up for direct grilling and heat to 500°
Combine the butter, sriracha, honey, lime juice, and sesame oil in a sauce pan
Cook on medium until the butter melts and the sauce is mixed through
Put the wings in the sauce and mix thoroughly
Put the wings back on the BGE and cook direct for 5 minutes turning occasionally to form the nice char or crust
Serve with chopped cilantro and chopped almonds
