Instructions
Separate the drums from the flats, place wings in a large bowl.
Add the olive oil and SPG rub, mix well.
Preheat the BIg Green Egg to 375°F setup for indirect cooking.
While the Big Green Egg is preheating prep the ingredients for the sauce.
Add the wings to the preheated Big Green Egg and let cook for 25 minutes before flipping.
After flipping let the wings cook another 25-30 minutes until they are nicely browned and the skin is crispy. Their internal temperature should be between 175°-185°F.
Remove the wings and place them in a large bowl.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
Pour the melted butter over the wings then add the remaining ingredients.
Toss the wings and serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
