Big Green Egg Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Chicken Wings
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Dizzy Pig SPG Rub
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Shredded
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 5 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Parsley Minced
  • 2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions
 

  • Separate the drums from the flats, place wings in a large bowl.
  • Add the olive oil and SPG rub, mix well.
  • Preheat the BIg Green Egg to 375°F setup for indirect cooking.
  • While the Big Green Egg is preheating prep the ingredients for the sauce.
  • Add the wings to the preheated Big Green Egg and let cook for 25 minutes before flipping.
  • After flipping let the wings cook another 25-30 minutes until they are nicely browned and the skin is crispy. Their internal temperature should be between 175°-185°F.
  • Remove the wings and place them in a large bowl.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • Pour the melted butter over the wings then add the remaining ingredients.
  • Toss the wings and serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
