This recipe for kamado chimichurri chicken wings is another great recipe. Easy and packed with flavor this will be a huge hit at your next BBQ.
  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except the chicken, until well combined.
  2. Separate some of the chimichurri sauce for serving later.
  3. Rinse and dry the wings then add to the marinade.
  4. Cover and place in the fridge to marinate for 2-3 hours.
  5. Heat your Big Green Egg to 350° using a platesetter for indirect cooking.
  6. Add the wings and cook (turning every so often) for 45m to an hour.
  7. Garnish with more chimichurri sauce, cilantro, and jalapeño.
